With over twenty years of cumulative industry experience and a BCom Marketing degree, my journey in the FMCG industry began in sales. My impeccable work ethic, wit, and natural leadership propelled me to become the National Sales Manager at renowned companies such as Red Espresso and Ina Paarman.
My passion and natural talent for category management soon became apparent, as I went on to dedicate over six years of my career at Libstar Holdings as their Category Specialist. Here, I managed a diverse array of food categories, including wet condiments, dry condiments, snacking, convenience foods, bread products, protein, household, and personal care. I expertly handled both brand and private label products, driving growth through innovative strategies that resulted in substantial sales uplift and market share gains.
